Abstract
A two-dimensional diffusion simulator for simulating the non-linear di ffusion equation is developed. It makes use of spatial variable transf orms, resulting in improved space resolution, especially while solving over infinite spatial distance. The simulator is especially advantage ous for analysing deep junctions like those needed in power devices. ( C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd.
