In this paper, a simple decentralized robust control scheme is propose
d for a class of interconnected time-varying systems with uncertaintie
s. The uncertainties may appear in the interconnections between the su
bsystems and also within the subsystems, and they are possibly nonline
ar and time-varying, The uncertainties are hounded, but the bounds of
the uncertainties are unknown in controller design, When certain match
ing conditions are satisfied for the uncertain interconnections and th
e uncertainties within the subsystems, the proposed decentralized cont
rol scheme guarantees the controled system to converge exponentially w
ith a prescribed degree toward the equilibrium of the system, or a res
idual hall around the equilibrium.
