Equivalent electric circuit elements of Alfven waves in solar coronal
holes of different temperatures and magnetic field strengths have been
studied. In an L-R circuit the resistance is found to increase with m
agnetic field strength but shows no temperature dependence whereas ind
uctance decreases with magnetic field strength but increases with temp
erature. As a consequence of this the damping time of L-R circuit decr
eases with magnetic field but increases with temperature. The purely r
esistive load impedance of Alfven waves increases with height in the c
oronal hole. In case of equivalent transmission line the resistance an
d inductance increase with temperature but show no magnetic field depe
ndence, whereas capacitance increases with temperature but decreases w
ith the magnetic field strength.
