Abstract
The temperature and frequency dependences of the surface resistance of a high-T(c) superconductor are calculated on the basis of the bipolar on Bose condensation model. Satisfactory agreement between model calcu lations and experimental results is demonstrated. The origin of the pe ak in the dynamic conductivity below T(c) is discussed.
