Abstract
Organ transplantation and the use of immunosuppressive therapy has bee n associated with an increased incidence of malignancy. We report the case of a long-term renal transplant recipient who developed concomita nt skin cancers, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and malignant fibrous histioc ytoma. The development of three seemingly unrelated cancers in the sam e patient illustrates the favorable host environment in transplant pat ients for the development of malignancies.
