The theoretical study is given of the propagation processes and parame
tric effects during the coupling of extremely short magnetic pulses (v
ideopulses) with a dielectric spin 1/2 paramagnet in external magnetic
field H-0. Unlike optical videopulses, it is shown that stationary ci
rcular-polarized pulses can be formed in an inverse paramagnet at H-0,
< H-0 , H-0* being determined by the medium parameters. If H-0 > H-0
, the amplification or the transverse pulse component with producing
the longitudinal component in the saturation reg me is predicted. A po
ssibility for continuous parametric enhancement of the signal frequenc
y is shown.
