Abstract
An otherwise healthy 29-year-old man presented with an 18 month histor y of a slowly growing tumour on the dorsoradial side of the left wrist . Microscopic examination showed sarcoid tenosynovitis, which is a rar e initial presentation of sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis should be considere d in patients with tenosynovitis and tumours in the hand.
