Abstract
The estimation of optimal parameters in a mathematical model described bg the generalized logistic function with saturation level A and the asymmetry coefficient gamma is a nonlinear least squares problem. In t his paper we prove the existence of optimal parameters under considera bly weaker conditions than those required in [1].
