Abstract
The authors report a case of retroperitoneal fibrosis secondary to act inomycosis with consequences on the urinary tract. They insist on the difficulty of diagnostic, the antibiotic's sensibility and the evoluti on towards fibrosis which can lead to renal function deterioration.
