V. Hizhnyakov et I. Tehver, TRANSFORM RELATIONS FOR COHERENT RESONANCE RAMAN-SCATTERING - EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE AND COHERENT VIBRATION AMPLITUDE, Journal of Raman spectroscopy, 27(6), 1996, pp. 469-474
Coherent resonant Raman scattering (CARS and CSRS) amplitudes and exci
tation profiles of impurity centres in crystals (molecules in solution
s) were directly related to one-photon absorption, taking into account
the coherence of the excited mode. The basis for these relations is t
he transform theory, a method known from spontaneous resonance Raman s
cattering. The transform relations between the observed molecular abso
rption anti CARS/CSRS excitation profiles were generalized for the cas
e of arbitrary temperatures and amplitudes of the coherent vibration e
xcited in the processes of CARS and CSRS. The effects of temperature a
nd excitation intensity are illustrated by model calculations.
