Abstract
The yield potentials of cashew pseudoapple-colour types were comparati vely evaluated using data from 12 soil sites over a four year period. The yellow pseudoapple-colour type was found to show a significantly ( p < 0.05) higher yield performance over the pink. A separation of vari ety in cashew, by pseudoapple-colour appears reasonable. It is hoped t hat this paper will stimulate more studies in this area.
