Abstract
It has been established in the literature that constraints on the desi gns of experiments used to estimate carcinogenic potencies cause overe stimation of true biological inter-species correlations of such potenc ies. This article explores the potential for appreciable underestimati on of interspecies correlations, due to the experimental error that oc curs in the estimation of carcinogenic potencies.
