Abstract
Friedreich's ataxia is a hereditary neurological condition characteriz ed by severe ataxia. We report the cases of two siblings with this con dition, both of whom developed signet ring cell adenocarcinoma of the stomach at a young age. This association has not been previously descr ibed and it suggests the presence of an unidentified aberrant gene.
