Abstract
The occurrence of telomeric associations in giant cell tumor of bone i s well recognized. However, there has been little emphasis on clonal s tructural abnormalities that may be seen in addition to or in the abse nce of telomeric associations. Two cases of giant cell tumor of bone a re presented in this study demonstrating clonal karyotypic anomalies o ther than telomeric association with a review of previously reported c ases showing similar findings.
