Abstract
Structures of oxepino[5,4,3-c,d]indole derivatives (2, 3) and 3,4-disu bstituted indoles (4, 5) resulting from biotransformation of chanoclav ine by Euphorbia calyptrata cell culture have been elucidated by NMR a nd mass spectroscopy.
