Abstract
From the crystallographic analysis on the micro-structure of the {259} (f) lenticular martensite observed by using the electron microscope, t wins and dislocations in a martensitic plate are closely related to ea ch other and they play important role in the self-accommodation and th e plastic accommodation effects in the formation and growth of the {25 9}(f) lenticular martensite.
