Abstract
This paper presents the results of an evaluation of the Space Electron ics Inc. RADPAK(TM) using electron and proton accelerators. 'RADFET' d osimeters were used as test vehicles in conventional and RADPAK(TM) pa ckages to allow a direct comparison of absorbed dose with different sh ielding, Electron results are compared with the AE-8 space spectrum an d proton results verified by transport calculations.
