Abstract
Endoproteinase(s) was isolated from a freeze-dried powder of larvae of Ostrinia nubilalis using reverse micellar, solutions. The inhibition of proteinase was studied in reverse micelles with commercial Bowman-B irk soybean trypsin inhibitor and three trypsin inhibitors recently is olated from ripe cruciferous seeds.
