Abstract
We obtain a single-lobed, near diffraction-limited output (M(2)=2,8) f rom a multistripe semiconductor laser coupled to a photorefractive sel f-pumped phase-conjugate mirror. The output brightness is increased by a factor 4,5. The mirror (R=50% at lambda=0,8 mu m) ensure self-align ed feedback and lateral mode clean-up.
