Abstract
:We have obtained over 13,5 mJ from a gain- switch forsterite oscillat or when pumped by a 135 mJ/11 ns Nd : YAG laser. The linewidth was red uced to 0,05 Angstrom with 2 Fabry-Perot etalons. The energy was then reduced to 4 - 5 mJ at the peak of the spectral range.
