Abstract
For the longitudinal jet handedness correlation in the decay of the Z( 0) --> 2 jets a non trivial effect was observed. The sign of the corre lation is opposite that predicted by the Standard Model assuming facto rization of q and (q) over bar fragmentation. The significance of the effect as a manifestation of the vacuum chromo-magnetic field is discu ssed.
