Abstract
The coupling splittings in the heavy-hadron chiral Lagrangian are calc ulated using ISGW model. The splitting between DD pi and D*D pi coupl ings, as well as the splitting between DD gamma and D*D*gamma couplin gs are both found to be rather small. Implications of this result are discussed.
