Abstract
Sn oxide films, made by reactive r.f. magnetron sputtering, were studi ed in a Li+-conducting electrolyte. Cyclic voltammograms taken at diff erent sweep rates were interpreted in terms of a unique structural par ameter related to the fractal dimension of a self-affine surface relie f.
