Abstract
Catharanthus alkaloids are antitumoral drugs widely used in the treatm ent of malignant diseases. This review summarizes different aspects of their pharmacology (mechanism of action, resistance, clinical pharmac okinetics) as well as information on their uses in the clinical settin g.
