Abstract
A case of a 39-year old patient with undifferentiated spondylarthropat hy is presented, developing reversible, subclinical hemolysis during l ow-dose sulfasalazine treatment. Causative for the reduced occurence o f hemolysis may be the lower dose of sulfasalazine in rheumatoid patie nts.
