Abstract
A 6 months old girl with segmental dilatation of the jejunum is descri bed. Clinical findings were intermittent colic, severe pain and biliou s vomiting, mimicking intussusception. At laparatomy dilated jejunal s egment was encountered and resection performed. Histological examinati on showed normal ganglion cells with normal bowel structures. Postoper ative course was uneventful.
