Abstract
In this article. pollen and charcoal analysis from two sites ''La Balm a Margineda (Andorre)'' and ''La Caune de Belesta, Pyrenees Orientales , France' am presented. In terms of qualitative results, pollen and ch arcoal analyses evidence the same vegetal communities. Their taxonomic richness is undoubtedly accentued to this pluridisciplinary study. Co nvergent and divergent points are discussed.
