A. Azens et al., OPTICAL AND ELECTROCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF DC MAGNETRON-SPUTTERED TI-CE OXIDE-FILMS, Applied physics letters, 68(26), 1996, pp. 3701-3703
Reactive dc magnetron sputtering was used to make mixed Ti-Ce oxide fi
lms with a Ce/Ti ratio gamma between 0 and 0.6. Their optical and elec
trochemical properties were strongly dependent on the composition. Fil
ms with 0.3<gamma<0.6 were optically passive under charge insertion, w
hich makes them suitable as counterelectrodes in transparent electroch
romic devices. (C) 1996 American Institute of Physics.
