Abstract
Reflectivity and resonant photoemission spectra of three kinds of Pr-o xide single crystals were measured to investigate the valence of the P r ion in Pr-oxides. The coexistence of the valence states of Pr3+ and Pr4+ in PrO2-delta was observed.
