Abstract
The elliptic equation equation Delta u + K(r)\u\(p-1)u = 0 in R(n) is studied, where r = \x\,p > 1,n > 2, and K(r) > 0 for r is an element o f (0,infinity). If rK(r)(r)/K(r) is nonincreasing in r, then the struc ture of radial solutions is determined completely by analyzing lineari zed equations around the solutions.
