Primary hepatic leiomyosarcoma is a very rare tumour only eighteen cas es having been reported in the literature, A new case of this tumour i s reported here, in which a complete diagnostic imaging cork-up was pe rformed, leading to the pathologic diagnosis, obtained with ultrasonic ally-guided coarse needle biopsy, Transarterial chemoembolisation, a n ew therapeutic option for this disease, was attempted without success.
