Abstract
The method of mapping of spectral parameters of EEG in subjects, atten ded to categoric and thematic texts and music of various rhythm and me lody characteristics was used. Some dependencies of alpha and delta ba nd-widths on proportions of these frequencies in prestimulus EEG were revealed. Relation between the interhemispheric asymmetry and the back ground characteristics of EEG was discussed.
