Abstract
We describe a case of neurologic manifestations including coma, convul sion and eye movement disorders, associated with hypomagnesemia and hy pocalcemia in a patient treated with cisplatine for an ovarian adenoca rcinoma. Pathophysiological mechanisms involve renal tubular damage le nding to renal magnesium wasting and related hypocalcemia.
