Abstract
Photoimageable, low-shrinkage organic-inorganic hybrid materials have been synthesized, from which low-loss multimode channel optical wavegu ides that match commercial multimode glass optical fibers in both cros s-sectional dimension and numerical aperture have been fabricated.
