Abstract
The histopathological finding of heterotopias or choristoma is rare. T his paper describes two patients who presented with chronic recurrent tonsillitis and underwent tonsillectomy. Histological examination reve aled heterotopic cartilage in the tonsil of one patient and bone in th at of the other.
