Abstract
The CuBiS2 thin films were prepared for the first time by a chemical d eposition process. The temperature dependance of the electrical conduc tivity and thermoelectric power in the thin solid state form is invest igated. The data are analysed to calculate the carrier concentration a nd the carrier mobility and their dependance on temperature.
