Abstract
We report a case of cerebral infarction following traumatic brain inju ry associated with low cerebral blood flow, but not detected by measur ements of jugular venous oxygen saturation, cerebral lactate productio n, cerebral perfusion pressure, transcranial Doppler ultrasound, or me asures of systemic hemodynamics.
