Abstract
Two colour alterations (yellow and red-orange) of yogurt and Gorgonzol a cheese slices, have been described. The responsible bacteria have be en identified as Zymomonas mobilis (yogurt) and Arthrobacter aurescens (Gorgonzola cheese slices).
