Abstract
A 59-year-old man was diagnosed as having constrictive pericarditis 17 months after a typical hydralazine-induced autoimmune syndrome, This late complication of hydralazine has been reported only once. Ten year s later the patient was found to have anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic anti bodies directed against myeloperoxidase.
