Abstract
We have synthesized a series of phosphinic acids by solid phase peptid e synthesis where we have explored effect on inhibition of changes in the P-2' binding site. The most potent compounds show inhibition of EC E similar to phosphoramidon. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
