Abstract
The mercury-based ferrite (Hg, Pr)Sr4Fe2O9 is studied by XRPD and HREM . The Hg0.3PT0.6Sr4Fe2O9 structure is confirmed as of ''0201-1201'' ty pe and it is shown that the ordering of Hg-Pr and its oxygen neighbori ng framework takes place. (C) 1996 Academic Press, Inc.
