Abstract
Substrate size effect on off-axis laser deposition of multicomponent s uperconducting films has been investigated. It has been shown that an increase in the substrate size causes the nonuniform distribution in t he element composition on the substrate surface. This result has been speculated by the gas dynamics features of an interaction between the laser plume and the substrate surface.
