Abstract
Single-phase films of the high temperature superconductors TmBaSrCu3O7 -delta and GdBaSrCu3O7-delta have been prepared on MgO substrates by p ulsed-laser deposition. They have been investigated with respect to th eir electrical, structural, and morphological properties. Electrical m easurements are interpreted in terms of the oxygen content.
