A case of single coronary artery from the sinus of Valsalva, with an a
nomalous origin of the left circumflex coronary artery from the just p
roximal portion of the right coronary artery, absence of the left ante
rior descending, and an ostium-secundum-type atrial septal defect is p
resented. This combination seems to be very rare.
