Abstract
Esr studies of SeO3- radicals produced by X-ray irradiation in (NH4)(3 )H(SeO4)(2) Single crystal were performed in the temperature range 4.2 -320 K for crystal phases II-VI. The detailed analysis of ESR spectra and their parameters were performed. It was found that a crucial role in the successive phase transitions and ferroelectric ordering in the phase V plays the temperature dependent dynamics of the NH4 group.
