The DC electrical resistivity (rho) was studied for Co substituted SbN
i ferrites as a function of temperature and composition. The experimen
tal results showed that DC resistivity, Curie temperature and activati
on energies for electrical conduction increase as Co-ion substitution
decreases. The DC electrical conductivity increases as temperature inc
reases. The real part of dielectric constant (epsilon') was found to b
e inversely proportional to the root mean square value of the electric
al resistivity.
