Abstract
The structure determination of [Cu2MoS4(C5H5NS)(2)(C18H15P)(2)].2CH(2) Cl(2) is reported. The compound contains a linear [CuS2MoS2Cu] cluster core, with each Cu atom having a distorted tetrahedral coordination i nvolving two S atoms of a tetradentate MoS42- moiety, one S atom of a pyridine-2-thione ligand and one P atom of a triphenylphosphine ligand .
