Using the experimental upper bound on the neutron electric dipole mome
nt and the experimental result on the b-->s gamma branching ratio we h
ave calculated the CP asymmetry and mma(2HDM)(b-->sl(+)l(-))/Gamma(SM)
(b-->sl(+)l(-)). It is shown that in the invariant dilepton mass q(2)
region (m(psi)(2),+0.2 GeV2)<q(2)<m(b)(2) the CP asymmetry is maximal
and quite detectable.
