Abstract
We present 1300 mu m continuum observations and measurements of the CO (1-0) and (2-1) emission from the inner regions of 98 normal galaxies . The spatial resolution ranges from 11 '' to 45 ''. The sources come from a complete FIR selected sample of 138 inactive spirals with an op tical diameter D-25 less than or equal to 180 ''.
