Abstract
The combination of Wilms' tumor with aniridia, ambiguous genitalia/gon adoblastoma and mental retardation is defined as WAGR syndrome. The as sociation with pseudohermaphroditism and nephropathy was also describe d as Drash syndrome. Here we report two cases with WAGR and Drash synd rome. The importance of early recognition and appropriate management o f Wilms' tumor with those concurrent malformations is highlighted.
